Megan Pfeifle is a Virginian native currently residing in Fairfax. In 2008, Megan began her legal career as support staff before moving into office management. Megan joined Sher, Cummings and Ellis in 2015. Her responsibilities include human resources, accounting, IT, marketing, and facilities management.

Megan graduated magna cum laude from George Mason University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminology, Law and Society. During her senior year, she was published in the George Mason Review for her Capstone Project on the Prince William County Drug Court.  Megan also holds two Associates of Applied Science in Legal Assisting and Criminal Justice from NVCC.

Megan has a passion for human resources, and in 2016, she achieved the HRCI Associate Professional in Human Resources certification. She enjoys being active within the legal community, and is the President of the Northern Virginia Chapter of the Association for Legal Administrators. She is also an affiliate member of the Fairfax Bar Association and its Legal Administrators Section.

In her free time, Megan enjoys reading and watching historical dramas, playing with her parrots, Lily and Harper, and exercising at Orange Theory Fitness.
