Mark Cummings Lectures at VSB Professionalism Course

Mark Cummings, partner of Sher, Cummings and Ellis, was selected by the Virginia Supreme Court to lecture at the Virginia State Bar Henry L. Carrico Professionalism Course, which took place on January 10, 2017. He spoke on the topics of criminal law ethics, proper maintenance of a trust account, and pitfalls and ethical dilemmas.

The Henry L. Carrico Professionalism Course is a mandatory course approved by the Virginia Supreme Court on professionalism and the Virginia Rules of Professional Conduct. All new attorneys must attend the course within their first year of practicing law. We are honored that Mark was selected to be a speaker!
