David Sher and Mark Cummings Selected for “Top Rated Lawyers 2015” List

David Sher and Mark Cummings, the partners of Sher, Cummings and Ellis, were selected as “Top Rated Lawyers” in the Washington D.C. & Baltimore’s Legal Leaders list. This was published in the Wall Street Journal in December 2015. These selections are based on the AV Preeminent Martindale-Hubbell Lawyer Ratings. David was selected in the categories of general practice, legal malpractice law and litigation, and Mark was selected in the categories of personal injury and professional liability.
